Terms of Service – SmokeOff

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Italian version is the legally binding one in case of discrepancies.

1. Description of the service

SmokeOff is a digital application supporting smoking cessation and maintaining a smoke-free journey. It does not constitute a medical service and does not replace prescribed therapy.

2. Medical disclaimer

The information, including references to WHO data and guidelines, is for informational purposes only. For health decisions, always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

3. Account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and use an appropriate username. Reasonable personal use is permitted.

4. Free plan

The free plan includes core features: streak, chat (with in-app limitations), health milestones and essential statistics.

5. Premium plan

The paid plan offers additional features. Prices are shown on /pricing. A 7-day free trial is available where applicable. Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled as described at purchase.

6. User content

Chat messages may be visible to other users. Insults, spam, illegal content or content infringing third-party rights are prohibited. The operator may remove content and suspend accounts for serious violations.

7. Intellectual property

SmokeOff and its software are owned by the service provider. The source code is not open source unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific smoking cessation outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

9. Account deletion

You may request account deletion from the app settings or via the Contact page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of Brescia have jurisdiction where permitted by mandatory law.
